Senior Associate Minister (Fellowship Groups and Pastoral)

We are looking for an experienced, ordained individual to be a member of the church’s senior staff team, working with the Rector and other team members in taking forward the ministry of All Souls. As well as preaching, teaching, evangelism, leading services, conducting weddings, baptisms etc. and other general responsibilities inherent in being a senior member of the staff team, the postholder will play a lead role in relation to fellowship groups and pastoral care. This will involve
supporting and encouraging members of the church family, especially those involved in leadership within the church. In doing so they will work closely with the Associate Minister for Fellowship & Small Groups and the Director of Counselling. They will have a particular concern for the spiritual growth and health of the congregation .
