Small groups lie at the heart of the life of All Souls, from children’s work to fellowship groups - small groups need leaders - leaders need training! Hence this course.

We run the course twice a year, and we would expect all prospective leaders of small groups to do this course. It is also open to anyone who wants to check or to hone their leadership gifts or skills. Participating in the course does not oblige you to become a leader, or commit us to asking you to take on a leadership position, but it provides an opportunity for all of us to investigate these possibilities together.
