The APCM takes place once a year in April. The next APCM will be held in April 2011.
Joining the Electoral Roll
If you would like to be added to the Electoral Roll, please collect a green Electoral Roll Form from the Welcome Desk, complete it and hand it back. It will then be approved by the PCC and you will be added to the Roll.
Please note, it is sometimes difficult to identify people just from names, so in a few cases, we ask you to introduce yourself to one of the ministry team so that we can put a face to a name.
Content of the APCM:
The Annual Parochial Church Meeting provides the opportunity to thank God for His provision through this past year - as we look together at various reports and also prayerfully commit the coming year to Him as we look ahead to the upcoming opportunities for the rest of the year and into the following year.
It is also the meeting when we elect the Church Council for the coming year:
- Anyone on the All Souls Electoral Roll is eligible to vote.
- Anyone on the All Souls Electoral Roll can nominate someone else who is on the Roll to stand for election (Nomination forms are available at the Welcome Desk).
- Only those who have been on the All Souls Electoral Roll for a minimum period of 6 months can be nominated.
