Venue: Royal Albert Hall London

'Amazing Grace' became the theme of the night at the Prom Praise visit to the Royal Albert Hall on 8 May 2010.
First of all we were amazed by God's grace in allowing the Hall to fill with an enthusiastic audience despite the challenges of the distribution of tickets.
We also enjoyed the performance of our own amazing Grace (Yeo), in the first movement of Grieg's piano concerto which was the most moving and unforgettable performance - the whole Hall held in rapt attention.
Amazing worshipful performances too from singers Joanne Lunn (in a great rendition of 'Let the bright seraphim' with Giles Fowler, and a thoughtful 'Song in the Night') and Beverley Trotman whose energy and joy was evident - featuring amongst others in the new Chris Tomlin arrangement of 'Amazing Grace (my chains are gone)'.
Finally Hugh Palmer brought all the threads together with a striking Pause for Thought - 'it is by grace you have been saved through faith ... not by works so that no-one can boast' : Ephesians 2 : 8-9.
The event was recorded for CD & DVD which will be due for release in September 2010.
