Prayer and material support go a long way in supporting our ministry to the homeless and vulnerably housed people we meet in Central London.
We give out hundreds of pairs of socks and underpants each year, along with T-shirts and warm, hard-wearing clothing, sleeping bags and footwear. Why not have a clothes collection at your work, club or church group?
Donations need to be delivered to All Souls Clubhouse, unfortunately we aren't able to organise collections.
We rarely need women’s and children’s clothes. Other items which take time and/or money to dispose of are:
We aim to use the clothes we ask for to give to those who need them. However, clothes we can’t use are donated to another charity. We do not sell clothes to spend on other things or to add to our general funds.
We have two clothes collections each year in May and November before all three Sunday services (9.30am, 11.30am, 5.30pm) at All Souls Langham Place. The dates of the clothes collections will be announced in advance at All Souls.
We can also accept clothes deliveries by prior arrangement at the All Souls Clubhouse. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.
Please consider making a regular or one-off donation to help us continue this vital work in the heart of London.
We welcome all prayer for the ministry of ASLAN. Please pray for our staff and volunteers as well as the homeless guests we meet each week. Once a month we meet to pray together, anyone is welcome to join.
There are many ways you can help, from making sandwiches and serving tea, to visits and conversations. We love to welcome new people of all faiths or none, no matter how much or how little experience you have.
