We have three core aims as a church:
  1. Come together to learn to live Christ across our scattered networks
  2. Send out to serve and speak Christ along our different networks
  3. Send on to witness and work for Christ in new networks
As Creative Ministries Developer, your focus will be to sharpen and develop creative ways we conduct our communication, engagement and outreach to all those who come across All Souls. It will mean working closely on projects with the ministers to support and help them with creative and new ideas to communicate with fresh ways to fulfil our core aims.

As a church, we send out over 1,500 followers of Jesus across London every week. Our desire is to see them witness to the good news of Jesus wherever the Lord has placed them.

In this (new) role of Creative Ministries Developer, you will help us to engage with others in outreach all the time, whether that be newcomers through the website, people coming in every Sunday or helping us as we think about how we can share our faith better in a visual world. [The role also involves the leadership (under the direction of the Student Minister) and development of our growing international outreach ministry Free English Classes (FEC).]

The Creative Ministries Developer will be the creative lead for our major seasons of outreach: Christmas, Easter, and a bi-annual mission week. Working with both Ministry and Admin teams to develop and produce events and projects that support our three core aims that are executed to schedule, and on budget.

Additionally, the person in this role will also be part of the teams leading strategic and practical planning of the morning and evening service, with its focus on sending out disciples to live for Christ in the whole of life.
