All Souls Music - Music Leader (with particular responsibility for contemporary worship) - part time

All Souls has a unique and privileged role in the church today - geographically central, theologically conservative but outward looking, musically unique and creative, a beacon to inspire others to follow.

There is a huge opportunity to be part of the team that shapes All Souls Music in a 21st century context initially under the leadership of Noel Tredinnick and on-going under the leadership of his successor (yet to be appointed) as it works to reach out to a new generation of worshippers.

All Souls seeks to find an outstanding musician with significant experience and credibility as evangelical worship-leader.  As well as taking a part in the team leading the music of the church, this role has particular responsibility for delivering inspirational development of the contemporary music-making across the church.
