What is Living & Telling?
Living & Telling is a course developed by Agape UK (Cru as it's known in the States). It has both a discipleship focus to help build our confidence in living as a child of God and an everyday evangelism focus on how to witness Him. The Bible urges Christians to “always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have, with gentleness and respect” (1 Peter 3:15). Living & Telling helps you to prepare to talk about Jesus and have conversations about your faith in normal, natural ways.
It's highly interactive and practical, blending Bible teaching with tips and exercises so you can start to give what you're learning a go!

Start date:
Thursday 9th May 2024 at 7:30pm on Zoom. The Zoom details will be sent closer to the time.
How long is each session?
Each weekly online session will finish between 8:30-8:45pm (excluding the last session which will be in person at All Souls).
How many weeks is it?
The course runs over 8 weeks.
It ends with an in-person session on Sunday 7th of July from about 2-5pm, the rest of the sessions will be online.
We realise that you may not be able to make all of the sessions and that's ok but you will get the most out of the course if you can make as many as possible and the in-person one is key!
Pairing up:
Most of the exercises and prayer times in the course will be done in breakout rooms of pairs. Your buddy should be a Christian. Many have found this a wonderful, encouraging feature of the course. There will be two options in regards to finding your buddy:
- a) You invite someone: If you have someone in mind to do this with you, please invite them along (you can send them this form) and let Julia know if they accept asap so that we can get the relevant material out to them.
- b) We can pair you up: If you would prefer to be paired up with someone, we would be happy to do that. It would be helpful if you could please let us know as soon as you can.
